Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Oversees and directs the entire company. Responsible for managing and leading the business planning process and establishes and implements the company mission, vision, and goals. The CEO coordinates with the CFO, CMO, and COO. Significantly oversees and contributes to the writing of the company Business Plan and Annual Reports. Represents company at all business functions and oversees the legality of all company actions. They are the main spokesperson for the company. The CEO is required to be on the Business Plan Team.
Chief Operating Officer (COO) Supervises Human Resources, Sales and Digital Media departments by collaborating with Vice Presidents. The COO helps plan department tasks with the Vice Presidents. Assist in additional department operations and tasks, where and when help/guidance is necessary. In charge of general company operations and tasks. The COO oversees monitoring competition submissions.

- Compiles and submits Monthly Progress Reports to the VE Facilitator
- Schedules companywide meetings
- Monitors and manages the company’s email daily
- Maintains company binders and files
- Ensures employees are paying bills in a timely fashion

- Participates in bi-weekly meetings with C-Level management
- Must efficiently and consistently communicate and plan all future operations w/ Digital Media, Human Resources, and Sales department and Chief Officers

- Develop company marketing objectives (i.e. target market, marketing mix, etc.)
- Creates marketing surveys
- Actively monitors and alters marketing budget to maximize profit
- Works closely with Digital Media department to coordinate Marketing and Digital Media joint efforts (i.e. Impact Marketing Board)
- Ensures the upkeep of the company’s social media outlets through the Public Relation department
- Oversees Public Relations initiatives (i.e. contacting sponsors/partners, recruiting)

- Assists with financials in QuickBooks and the bank (through the VE Hub)
- Works with the Business Plan team to develop a company financial plan and start-up costs
- Oversees the month-end reports and prepare financial statements for the business
- Oversees all company banking, bill pay and payroll operations
- Prepare and present monthly accounting reports for Business Plan team
- Prepare budgets and forecasts to be used in the Business Plan
- Supervises and monitor sales and purchasing transactions
- Supervises all company and personal tax documents
- Supervises the purchasing and shipping of company products and/or services
- Processes bimonthly paychecks for all employees
- Must efficiently and consistently communicate and plan all future operations w/ Accounting department and Chief Officers
