Vice President of Public Relations Works directly under the CMO to oversee the Public Relations Department in managing the daily operations. Oversees the creation of publicity campaigns within MVHS and the community to promote the VE program school and community wide. Oversees any interaction/promotion within MVHS and the community (I.e. golf tournament, Chamber of Commerce presentations, etc.).

Community Relations Manager Greatly assists VP of PR in completion of Public Relations departmental tasks. Assists Social Media Specialist/Photographer in creation of Radio and Video Commercials for competition.

Social Media Specialist/Photographer Consistently posts and updates on the company’s and MVHS’s VE social media platforms. Responsible for taking a multitude of pictures and videos at all trade shows, class celebrations, and during guest speeches, and day-to-day business operations. Assists Community Relations Manager in creation of Radio and Video Commercials for competition.

- Oversees the active recruitment of Business Partners (I.e. mentors and guest speakers, etc.)
- Develops and maintains active communication with philanthropies
- Provides information to Web Designer and Social Media Specialist to publish
- Participates in weekly departmental meetings with CMO and Vice President of Marketing
- Must consistently plan Public Relations operations efficiently
- Must communicate well w/ Public Relations department, additional departments when necessary and CMO

- Responsible for the active recruitment of Business Partners (i.e. mentors and guest speakers, etc.)

- Ensures that current pictures are posted on the VE bulletin board, website, and newsletter

- Plans, organizes and conduct creation of Video and Radio Commercials
- Represents the company well in all communications, keeping with the company goals and culture
Social Media Specialist/Photographer Consistently posts and updates on the company’s and MVHS’s VE social media platforms. Responsible for taking a multitude of pictures and videos at all trade shows, class celebrations, and during guest speeches, and day-to-day business operations. Assists Community Relations Manager in creation of Radio and Video Commercials for competition.
Responsibilities Include:
- Photographs events throughout the year (i.e. trade shows, events in classroom, fundraisers, etc.)
- Immediately uploads pictures to company’s shared files
- Posts photos and consistently updates the company’s social media platforms daily (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Posts product, Human Resources interest stories, Employee of the Month, promotions, etc.
- Ensures that current pictures are posted on the VE bulletin board, website, and newsletter
- Collaborates with Social Media Specialist from the other company to consistently update the MVHS VE Facebook, Instagram and website
- Contacts and maintains working relationships with other VE firms via social media
- Plans, organizes and conduct creation of Video and Radio Commercials
- Represents the company well in all communications, keeping with the company goals and culture
