Vice President of Sales Works directly under the COO to oversee the Sales Department in managing the daily operations. Responsible for implementation of the marketing strategy through a business, technical and sales perspective. Oversees and conducts design and creation of company sales materials. Coordinates additional company-wide sales operations (i.e. sales training, international sales, etc.). If not on the Business Plan team, VP of Sales is required to participate in all oral Sales competitions.

- Researches and creates sales contracts, when applicable
- Initiates and manages discussions and sales with other companies
- Creates sales promotions to maximize profits
- Coordinates with the Marketing department to analyze sales trends and recommend aggressive sales strategies
- Oversees creation of the trade show booth
- Oversees the creation of trade show booth
- Participates in and/or coordinates all Sales competitions
- Must consistently plan Sales operations efficiently
- Must communicate well w/ Sales department, additional departments when necessary and COO

- Assists in sales training of staff when necessary for trade shows and other events
- Develop strong and catchy sales pitch for potential customers and trade show attendees
- In charge of booth design committee
- Organizes and conducts Booth Committee meetings
- Responsible for organizing the setup and deconstruction of the booth at all trade shows
- Evaluates the booth after each trade show to make improvements for the next trade show
- Participates in live Sales Pitch competition
