Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Oversees the Accounting Department. This includes delegating and assisting in completion of departmental tasks and having the ability to organize detailed information about company finances. The CFO is required to be on the Business Plan Team.

Bank Manager Establishes and manages the company bank accounts through US Network Bank. The Bank Manager is responsible for payment of all company expenses and processes all company and employee payments to verify clearance through US Network Bank. Must communicate with Accounting Department concerning US Network Bank operations and any additional departmental tasks. Bank Manager is required to compete in all Accounting oral competitions.

- Supervises the work done in the Accounting Department on a day-to-day basis
- Conducts weekly meetings with the Accounting Department
- Participates in bi-weekly C-Level management meetings
- Responsible for financial section of the business plan
- Assists with financials in QuickBooks and the bank (through the VE Hub)
- Works with the Business Plan team to develop a company financial plan and start-up costs
- Oversees the month-end reports and prepare financial statements for the business
- Oversees all company banking, bill pay and payroll operations
- Prepare and present monthly accounting reports for Business Plan team
- Prepare budgets and forecasts to be used in the Business Plan
- Supervises and monitor sales and purchasing transactions
- Supervises all company and personal tax documents
- Supervises the purchasing and shipping of company products and/or services
- Processes bimonthly paychecks for all employees
- Must efficiently and consistently communicate and plan all future operations w/ Accounting department and Chief Officers
