Vice President of Human Resources Works directly under the COO to manage the Human Resources department. Creates, manages, and controls all company-wide personnel files. Plans and conducts employee evaluations, company parties, and other school and/or goodwill events. Contributes to the written business plan. If not on the Business Plan team, VP of HR is required to participate in all Human Resources competitions.
